Sr Transformation Service Designer

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Transformation Service Designer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will help shape future-state service experiences that support major transformation efforts across the organization. The position will partner closely with discovery, operations, and technology stakeholders to design more effective journeys for customers, providers, employees, and intelligent systems. It is a highly cross-functional role focused on improving usability, trust, and operational impact through thoughtful service design.

It is well suited for someone who can translate complex business needs into practical service concepts, blueprints, and testable experience solutions. The work will also require strong facilitation, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate the value of new designs to diverse partners.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $102,300 – $163,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead service design and testing activities for transformation initiatives
• Partner with Transformation Discovery Leads to create future service concepts
• Facilitate workshops to identify experience gaps and opportunities for innovation
• Develop journey maps and service blueprints for future services
• Design interactions between employees, customers, providers, and AI agents
• Ensure service designs leverage emerging technologies while maintaining usability and trust
• Measure and communicate the impacts of future state designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in service design or related disciplines
• Experience mapping and designing end-to-end customer and operational journeys
• Knowledge of service design methodologies like journey mapping and human centered design
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise AI and intelligent automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Technical understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to design
