For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (web/Mobile) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead design of scalable full-stack solutions that enhance user experience
- Provide mentorship and guidance on technical best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during product discovery
- Work with UX/UI designers to create engaging user interfaces
- Ensure integration across systems by collaborating with other engineering teams
- Implement observability practices for system reliability
- Elevate team engineering standards through improved workflows
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with production code delivery
- 3+ years in back-end distributed system design, especially in eCommerce
- 3+ years with microservice architectures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- Strong experience in building scalable web applications in cloud environments
- Proficiency in web/mobile front-end technologies and back-end technologies
- Experience with CI/CD processes and agile development methodologies
