For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - Engineering Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own and advance shared CI/CD infrastructure components
- Resolve reliability issues within CI/CD systems
- Build and maintain AI tooling and orchestration infrastructure
- Manage shared sandbox infrastructure for AI agents
- Drive adoption of AI tooling with engaging resources and support
- Participate in design discussions and provide mentorship to team members
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with independent feature delivery
- Experience with CI/CD systems, ideally GitLab CI or Jenkins
- Hands-on with developer-facing tooling, particularly AI-related tools
- Deep proficiency in Python or TypeScript for real feature development
- Proficient in Kubernetes and Helm on AWS or Azure
- Experience designing CI/CD infrastructure for multiple teams
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
