Sr. Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously
• Develop business cases for executive review and project approvals
• Facilitate consensus on project scope and deliverables among team and stakeholders
• Plan, monitor, and adjust project schedules while maintaining communication on progress
• Identify risks and coordinate resolutions for complex issues that arise
• Track and report on project status and performance metrics
• Coordinate with IT resource managers to ensure adequate staffing throughout project phases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field, plus at least 8 years of IT project management experience or equivalent
• Experience using Waterfall or combined Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of financial services processes including data management and fraud management
• Experience with data conversions across multiple systems
• Familiarity with banking platforms is essential
