For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director Product & Experience Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $229,500 – $297,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of homeowners and professionals to ensure they are at the heart of product planning
- Collaborate closely with product and senior leadership to shape product vision and strategy based on market insights
- Define coherent product positioning and narrative to align messaging across diverse audience segments
- Set strategic direction for Experience Marketing by connecting various marketing functions and leveraging behavioral data
- Engage with CPO, CCO, and Growth leadership on priority roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Communicate team strategy and results effectively to senior leadership, acting as a credible PMM and Experience Marketing advocate
- Develop and empower the marketing team, fostering an environment that encourages excellence
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing or lifecycle marketing, leading high-performing teams at the Senior Director level or equivalent
- Proven experience in building positioning and messaging frameworks across multiple audiences in a complex product portfolio
- Experience working within a two-sided marketplace, addressing the needs of both consumers and business users
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and behavioral data to tailor communication with users
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, establishing trust with product, engineering, and commercial teams
- Commitment to team development and accountability structures to foster a productive work environment
