Sr. Customer Engagement Marketing Manager (US)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Customer Engagement Marketing Manager (us) to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $144,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic customer engagement initiatives, focusing on nurture programs and best practices for online communities
• Collaborate with web developers to manage technology and software solutions that support engagement programs
• Cultivate and influence stakeholder relationships to drive effective engagement strategies
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as Brand and Demand to enhance sales and marketing initiatives through customer feedback
• Drive participation in online communities, maintaining governance and mapping customer journeys for effective engagement

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS/Healthcare, with demonstrated success in Online Community administration and user group management
• Strong strategic thinker with proven problem-solving capabilities and thought leadership in cross-functional environments
• Excellent prioritization skills with a focus on KPIs and success metrics to drive business objectives
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a collaborative mindset
