Software Engineer (L4) - Personalization

For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer (l4) - Personalization to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $413,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in big data processing
• Contribute to the team’s suite of data products and frameworks
• Partner with algorithm teams to enhance the company personalization

Qualifications

• Expertise in building production data systems using technologies like Spark and Flink
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java or Scala)
• Hands-on experience with schema design and data modeling
