For our client, we are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will support high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes while strengthening the systems and habits that support durable performance within a Media environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,100 – $154,300 annually

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Lead UX Designer and stakeholders to enhance player experience
  • Develop content for interactive games featuring Disney's characters and worlds
  • Create wireframes and refine UI/UX systems
  • Fix bugs and implement UI layouts using Unreal Engine and UEFN
  • Participate in playtests to assess UI usability and improve the user experience
  • Design user interfaces that enhance gameplay through teamwork
  • Maintain detailed design documentation

Qualifications

  • 5 years of game development experience with at least one shipped game
  • Experience with Unreal Engine and/or UEFN
  • Strong collaborative skills in a feedback-driven environment
  • Familiarity with various gaming platforms - Console/PC and Mobile
  • Solid experience in creating UI mockups and wireframes using Figma
  • Deep appreciation for Disney IP and its aesthetic
  • Effective communication skills across teams
