For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $160,000 – $175,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery, aligning with strategic goals
- Support the development of platform teams to drive innovation and efficiency
- Develop and refine program management frameworks to optimize collaboration and governance
- Partner with various teams to prioritize, make decisions, and execute rapidly
- Define and manage program roadmaps, schedules, and critical paths
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting to leadership for informed decision-making
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution across functions
- Manage executive-level communications, ensuring transparency on goals and progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of experience leading complex, high-impact, cross-functional technical programs, preferably in SaaS or cloud
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies
- Experience with platform engineering and building scalable capabilities
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar systems
- Superior problem-solving abilities with risk management skills
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, particularly with executives
- Proactive mindset thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
