For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (react/react Native) to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. You’ll build and maintain systems that power mission-critical Consumer Technology workflows. You’ll collaborate with product and peers to design clean, scalable solutions. This role values craftsmanship, impact, and ownership.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000 annually.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and deliver complex features in React/React Native and occasionally Ruby on Rails
Lead initiatives to address technical debt and improve system reliability
Influence architecture and system design for long-term improvements
Maintain high standards for code quality and mentor team members in best practices
Drive enhancements to internal tools for better developer experience
Facilitate technical discussions, guiding the team toward best solutions
Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges

Qualifications

5+ years of professional development experience with a focus on frontend engineering
Advanced proficiency in React and Redux, or similar JS frameworks
Experience with React Native or native mobile development
Solid full-stack development experience including backend and data layers
Demonstrated application of artificial intelligence to enhance user experiences
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguous tasks independently
Excellent collaboration and mentorship abilities, fostering team growth
