Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Genai Platform to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $190,800 – $267,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a large-scale GenAI Platform at the company
• Design and maintain LLM Gateway with advanced features
• Develop ML and Generative AI systems in cloud environments
• Build and manage enterprise-grade RAG applications
• Implement and operationalize agentic AI workflows
• Drive MLOps / LLMOps adoption and best practices
• Establish observability and governance for GenAI pipelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ML Engineering, AI Platform Engineering, or Cloud AI Deployment
• Experience with orchestration systems like Kubernetes at scale
• Strong background in cloud technologies for ML platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Go
• Excellent communication skills for conveying AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of model serving and monitoring for AI systems is a plus
