For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (full Stack) - Raise to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own features across Raise end to end, with equal importance on visual polish and functionality
- Design and implement agentic experiences for nonprofit customers
- Build and ship new, revenue-generating features across the full stack
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of built systems
- Review and refine AI-generated code with architectural judgment
- Collaborate with Product and Design to meet donor and nonprofit needs
- Participate in code discussions without causing bottlenecks, contributing thoughtfully
- Support a culture of experimentation and continuous delivery
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in building and scaling modern web applications
- Proficient in C# and API integrations (RESTful/GraphQL)
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like Vue, React, or Svelte
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools as part of development workflow
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong understanding of relational databases and their optimization
- Solid DevOps foundations including CI/CD and application scalability
