This role will focus on building the systems and workflows that help bridge design and production code in a modern frontend environment. You will partner closely with Product Design, Developer Experience, and Frontend Infrastructure teams to improve component patterns, usability, and adoption across the organization. The work will center on enhancing a design system, prototyping AI-enabled development workflows, and creating tools that improve collaboration between designers and engineers.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $179,400 – $232,100 annually

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-assisted workflows connecting Figma and production code
Collaborate with Product Design on component patterns and workflows
Enhance the design system for integration with AI tooling
Partner with Developer Experience and Frontend Infrastructure teams
Facilitate feedback and prioritize improvements for user experience
Prototype and evaluate AI development tools for adoption

Qualifications

6+ years of industry experience in software engineering
Demonstrated experience as a frontend engineer building production product surfaces
Deep hands-on fluency with TypeScript, React, and related tools
Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
Strong collaboration skills with designers, PMs, and engineering teams
Ability to create tools and infrastructure for user adoption and collaboration
