For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Community Support Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $195,000 – $220,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to fulfill product and business strategies
- Lead and contribute to all phases of development: design, coding, testing, and launch
- Create efficient, reusable backend components ensuring high performance
- Engage in full-stack development, enhancing the UI for thousands of agents
- Partner with Machine Learning and AI Engineers to enhance support systems
- Develop tools for support professionals to manage guest and host interactions
- Provide key contributions to the team's roadmap and technical strategy
Qualifications
- 6+ years of industry experience
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in back-end languages such as Java, Kotlin, or C++
- Experience with AI-driven feature development, including machine learning and Generative AI
- Background in scaling quality, high-traffic products
- Strong communication skills for teamwork across engineering and product
- Mentorship abilities for junior developers
