Senior Software Developer

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to a high-performing Agile team focused on delivering innovative software solutions
• Drive improvements in technology and development processes
• Engage in Scrum practices and collaborate with other Agile frameworks
• Foster strong relationships with team members including developers, QA engineers, and product owners
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team
• Investigate the application of AI and machine learning in imaging diagnostics and process automation

Qualifications

• Proficient in designing, building, and deploying web applications, APIs, and microservices
• Experienced with Git for version control
• Skilled in Java, Spring Boot,.NET, and C# development
• Familiar with front-end technologies such as Angular, HTML, CSS, and React
• Proficient in managing both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledgeable about cloud services, particularly with AWS or similar providers
• Experience or strong interest in integrating AI/ML into applications
