Senior Project Manager - Power Conversion and Storage

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Power Conversion and Storage to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead complex energy-related projects from initiation through closeout, with a strong focus on solar and battery energy storage initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as the primary customer contact while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on safety, quality, schedule, and budget commitments. This position requires strong stakeholder communication, contract management oversight, and the ability to drive execution across multiple internal partners.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,100 – $190,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale energy projects valued at $10M to $200M in solar and battery energy storage
• Serve as the primary customer contact and build trust through clear communication
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from finalization through closeout
• Drive performance across safety, quality, budget, and schedules
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Communicate project goals, risks, and updates to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of excellence within project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management or customer management experience
• Fluent in English with strong technical and commercial communication skills
• Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
