For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager, PDS Projects to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.
This role will oversee complex project delivery across commercial real estate and construction engagements, from early planning through financial closeout. The position will partner closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to keep scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk aligned. The successful candidate will drive coordination across design, permitting, construction, and occupancy milestones while maintaining strong client communication and project controls.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $128,590 – $181,830 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects from identification through financial closeout
- Serve as the primary client liaison, building trusted relationships and providing project status updates
- Lead project teams across design development, permitting, construction, and closeout phases
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Negotiate contracts and manage change orders to protect client interests
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and executive summaries to stakeholders
- Mentor junior project managers and coordinators, fostering continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience in commercial real estate or construction
- Proven track record managing projects valued at $5M+ from planning through occupancy
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, codes, and permitting processes
- Proficiency with project management software including MS Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience with secure space is required
