For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $171,600 annually

Responsibilities

Ensure project delivery meets scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives
Lead cross-functional teams from site prep to final system acceptance
Coordinate timelines with engineering, supply chain, quality, and installation teams
Proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities
Champion continuous improvement in processes and communications
Facilitate cross-functional meetings with clear updates for stakeholders
Foster a transparency-driven culture among project participants

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
7+ years managing large automation, material handling, or construction projects
Expertise in scheduling, scope, cost, and risk management for complex technical projects
Strong background in robotic automation or ASRS preferred
Experience with design/build, installation, and construction projects
Skilled in stakeholder management across various levels
Proficient with scheduling software and data-driven performance tracking
