Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Client

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Client to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee complex tenant improvement and workplace fit-out projects for enterprise clients, with responsibility for guiding design, construction, and close-out activities from start to finish. The position requires close coordination with owners, client stakeholders, design teams, and project partners to keep scope, schedule, and operational requirements aligned. Success in this role will depend on strong leadership in cross-functional project delivery, clear communication, and the ability to manage technical coordination across multiple disciplines.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $121,658 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the owner/client and the project design team
• Lead construction activities related to workplace office space fit-out and amenity areas
• Oversee planning and programming for operational components in project design
• Manage integration of IT, Security, and A/V equipment into project documentation
• Coordinate RFIs and ensure client engagement on project changes
• Support all phases of workplace office space fit-out, including punch list and close-out
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain directories, and track action items

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering
• Critical experience in tenant improvement project management
• Expertise in fit-out, audio-visual installations, and FFE
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT, and Security in design and construction
• Strong analytical skills for schedule data interpretation and communication
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, SharePoint, and MS Project or similar scheduling software
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and anticipate their needs
