Senior Project Manager - Design & Construction Svs - Midwest Zone

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Design & Construction Svs - Midwest Zone to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,060 – $147,213 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects for new hospital and research facility construction
• Develop solutions for complex project challenges with stakeholders
• Support RFP processes related to design and installations
• Attend presale meetings to cultivate customer relationships
• Visit sites for measurement, cost estimates, and project success factors review
• Consult with customers on equipment layouts and clinical workflows
• Ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality control guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 8+ years of complex project management experience; managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in healthcare construction required
• Ability to read design drawings and communicate specifications effectively
• Extensive knowledge of the construction industry including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Strong autonomy with problem-solving skills in a field-based context
