Senior Program Manager, Product Marketing Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager Product Marketing Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,000 – $228,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee team communications to ensure alignment with key stakeholders like the CRO and President's staff
• Create engaging, concise content for newsletters while tracking performance metrics
• Define and manage the Product Marketing scorecard, identifying relevant KPIs and data sources
• Promote accountability within the Product Marketing team by empowering members to track their metrics
• Establish an AI-driven Product Marketing organization and influence other departments towards automation
• Identify and automate repetitive workflows across various marketing activities using minimal human intervention
• Develop the PMM 'brain' with AI to enhance content generation efficiency

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of program management experience in a tech or marketing environment
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes deliverables like executive updates and board reporting under tight deadlines
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
• Technical acumen to independently evaluate and set up reporting and dashboard tools
• Strong skills in getting teams to adopt shared processes without formal authority
• Excellent at translating complex work into clear, concise narratives for executives
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with undefined processes
