Senior Product Marketing Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and execute go-to-market strategies for payments technology and financing products
• Develop clear product positioning and messaging for various offerings
• Partner with teams to align product strategy with customer needs
• Lead cross-functional launches and campaigns for product adoption
• Deliver integrated campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement
• Enable Sales with essential messaging and training materials
• Analyze performance data to continuously optimize go-to-market execution

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B/B2B2C product marketing experience
• 4+ years in fintech, payments technology, or financial services platforms preferred
• Strong grasp of merchant services and B2B payments
• Experience with early-stage product lines and go-to-market strategies
• Proficient in product marketing analytics and campaign tools
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
