Senior Product Manager | US | Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager | US | Remote to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $162,275 – $194,730 annually

Responsibilities

• Transform customer feedback into a product vision and roadmap
• Empathize with customer needs and identify pain points
• Curate user insights for Engineering, supporting tradeoffs and priorities
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to enhance go-to-market strategies
• Leverage product expertise for pricing, packaging, and licensing decisions

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years in Product Management
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product management
• Experience with developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
• Ability to discuss APIs, data models, and distributed systems
• Experience driving shared service adoption across product teams
• Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering and Design teams in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional influence
