This role will shape user experiences and visual design across client-facing solutions, translating complex ideas into clear, intuitive flows and interfaces. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in an agile environment to balance user needs, business goals, and delivery priorities. In addition to hands-on design work, this person will help guide and mentor other designers while influencing product direction through strong design thinking and communication.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $185,000 annually

Responsibilities

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
Drive design evolution within agile processes
Lead and coach the design team to meet quality and efficiency goals
Advocate for customer needs while balancing business goals
Present design insights to cross-functional teams and influence direction

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
Strong portfolio showcasing a clear design process
Experience in UX, visual design, or IA within multidisciplinary teams
Ability to mentor and support fellow designers
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to navigate dynamic and ambiguous work environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience working with remote teams
