For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer Insights And Reporting to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $128,400 – $173,600 annually
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define experience design strategy and success metrics
- Design end-to-end experiences for firm growth, case management, and financial reporting
- Create actionable insights from data to enhance law firm operations
- Translate complex data relationships into scalable UI patterns for diverse users
- Shape feature decisions through research and prototypes, collaborating closely with necessary teams
- Build customer understanding through direct engagement and advocate for their needs in product decisions
- Enhance design quality by pushing for cohesive and polished user experiences
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in designing digital products, preferably for B2B SaaS
- Strong portfolio focused on data-heavy products like dashboards and analytics
- Ability to simplify complex domain logic into user-friendly interfaces
- Experience collaborating with data and platform teams regarding design constraints
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design with a solid execution record
- Customer-centric mindset to translate insights into strategic design approaches
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including AI tools like Figma and Make
