For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer - Disputes to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $157,400 – $196,700 annually
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end dispute experiences across various banking domains
- Transform complexities into intuitive and trustworthy user experiences
- Design workflows that enable efficient decision-making for investigators
- Create experiences that enhance customer trust during financial disputes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy
- Base decisions on research and customer insights while driving design quality
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product design experience with full project ownership
- Experience designing workflows and service experiences across multiple touchpoints
- Strong systems thinking skills to understand broader product impacts
- Exceptional interaction and visual design abilities, showcased in a portfolio
- Deep curiosity to understand underlying problems and not just execute tasks
- Experience with customer-facing and internal tooling design
- Ability to balance customer needs and operational realities
