Senior Product Designer, AI Creative

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer AI Creative to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate on innovative tools for the marketing teams using the Agents product suite
• Build new products in uncharted territory through 0-1 innovation
• Demonstrate thinking via rapid designs and prototypes instead of lengthy presentations
• Conduct customer research sessions to synthesize insights and influence product direction
• Collaborate live with designers, engineers, and PMs to define product specifics
• Embrace a fast learning environment that values quick growth and adaptation

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in designing user-friendly features or applications, preferably in technical spaces like B2B data or marketing products
• Strong curiosity about AI and new technologies; actively tinkers rather than observes
• Exceptional skills in visual, UI, and interaction design from concept to high-fidelity solutions
• Team-player mentality with kindness, humility, and understanding
• Proficiency in Figma; experience with Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code is a plus
