Senior Operations Engineering Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Operations Engineering Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and development of the Data Center Operations Runbook for scalability and sustainability
• Establish and enforce enterprise-level standardization across Operations Engineering processes
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop scalable operational policies and programs
• Identify and address systemic gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes
• Measure effectiveness through program-level metrics and reporting for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or related field)
• 10-12+ years of experience in Data Center or Critical Infrastructure
• Proven leadership experience in operations engineering
• Solid understanding of process standardization and governance
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering teams
