For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Social and Creator Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will shape the company’s organic social presence and creator-led distribution approach across digital channels. You will translate brand strategy into channel-native programs that grow audience reach, strengthen engagement, and amplify major brand moments. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable content distribution strategies that support broader brand goals.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own and define the company’s organic brand and distribution strategy
- Build an audience-first model for content consumption and sharing
- Translate brand positioning into platform-native programs
- Develop strategies for organic amplification of major brand moments
- Lead social media strategy across diverse platforms
- Create partnerships with creators and cultural voices to expand reach
- Identify and explore new distribution channels and content formats
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing and content distribution
- Strong understanding of audience behavior across digital platforms
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful organic distribution strategies
- Ability to translate brand strategy into actionable, channel-specific initiatives
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
