Senior Manager, Field & Partner Marketing - Security

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Field & Partner Marketing - Security to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead field and partner marketing strategy across the Americas, with a strong focus on driving pipeline growth and deepening engagement with target accounts. You will partner closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, and external partners to build programs that support regional execution and measurable revenue outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to shape a critical marketing function and influence how the company brings its security solutions to market.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement strategic marketing plans for North American and Latin American sales organizations
• Generate at least $4M in marketing-sourced pipeline in Year 1 across the Americas
• Lead 30 field events and regional activations annually to drive target account engagement
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to launch account-based marketing programs for key accounts
• Create marketing strategies that encourage partners to engage and promote the company's products

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus in field and partner marketing
• Experience marketing complex technology like cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise SaaS
• Strong track record of creating marketing programs that directly connect to pipeline growth
• Demonstrated ability to earn credibility and collaborate with enterprise Sales leadership
• Experience in developing regional or account-based marketing strategies
