For our client, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer - Conversation Intelligence to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on building intuitive, scalable software experiences that make complex capabilities accessible to a broad user base. You will partner closely with product, design, engineering, and ML teams to shape workflow-driven features, robust APIs, and reliable platform foundations. The work will span frontend, backend, data, and performance considerations to improve usability, scalability, and system quality.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain features for the no-code processing platform
Build intuitive UI components and visual editors for conversation workflows
Architect backend services and APIs to support a dynamic no-code interface
Collaborate with ML engineers to enhance conversation intelligence accessibility
Develop data models and storage layers using Postgres and other databases
Identify performance improvements and scalability enhancements for systems
Ensure reliability, security, and maintainability across the technology stack

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer, with strong contributions to no-code or low-code platforms
Deep understanding of modern frontend technologies, including React and TypeScript, for building complex UIs
Backend expertise in Python, Go, or similar languages, with experience in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Strong foundation in database systems; practical experience with Postgres, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch is a plus
Experience building platforms for non-technical users, especially in AI/ML or automation
Familiarity with managing state or visual programming paradigms is a bonus
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across product, design, and engineering teams
