For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Web & Digital Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will own the company’s web and digital marketing presence, with responsibility for how the brand shows up across search, website experience, and paid channels. The position will shape pipeline-driving digital strategy while partnering closely with leadership, creative resources, and external agencies. It will also influence how digital performance data informs broader marketing decisions and business priorities.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $151,725 – $210,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own the digital strategy and search visibility across SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Manage the company website as a key business asset, with focus on performance, design, and pipeline contribution.
- Develop and oversee paid media strategy in alignment with performance marketing goals.
- Ensure security, compliance, and integration across the digital infrastructure.
- Translate digital performance data into strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Build and lead a high-performing ecosystem of agencies and vendors for execution.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of digital marketing experience with senior ownership of SEO/AEO/GEO, website strategy, paid media, and conversion optimization in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience leading a full website redesign from business case to launch.
- Forward-looking perspective on AEO, GEO, and AI-generated search.
- Strong design eye to direct agencies and creative partners effectively.
- Experience with performance marketing focused on pipeline contribution and ROI.
- Knowledge of website security posture and GDPR/consent compliance across regions.
- Fluency in MarTech ecosystems and AI-assisted web development tools.
- Track record of building and managing high-performing agency ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills for translating digital strategy to leadership.
