For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Emerging Science and Pipeline Marketing Community Lead to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape HCP commercial strategy across a pipeline of emerging assets, helping translate scientific and customer insights into effective commercialization plans. The leader will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align launch readiness, therapeutic area strategy, and customer experience priorities. This position will also monitor evolving market dynamics and emerging customer needs to inform commercial decisions and pipeline direction.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $236,000 – $324,500 annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead HCP commercial strategy across pipeline assets and partnerships
  • Translate HCP experience priorities into commercialization strategies
  • Maintain an overview of emerging customer needs and therapeutic landscapes
  • Assess emerging opportunities and provide commercial insights
  • Partner with teams to ensure customer insights inform asset strategies
  • Develop integrated plans connecting insights and launch readiness
  • Monitor market dynamics and adjust priorities based on the evolving pipeline

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of relevant biotech or pharmaceutical commercial experience
  • Significant leadership in early commercialization and pipeline strategy
  • Experience in launch planning and therapeutic area strategy
  • Strong understanding of HCP customer journeys and ecosystem development
