Senior Developer, Admin Workflows

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Developer Admin Workflows to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $153,000 – $214,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable notification systems
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to refine hypotheses and measure outcomes
• Balance rapid iterations with long-term system architecture and security
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices
• Mentor engineers in technical discussions and code reviews
• Influence measurable customer and business outcomes through your work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in Go and experience with public APIs and distributed services
• Ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a mindset for continuous improvement
• Experience with asynchronous, event-driven systems at scale
• Strong product focus and empathy for user experiences
