For our client, we are seeking a Senior Design Program Manager, Games Platform to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $260,000 – $370,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead operations for the Games Platform XD team to enable designers' focus on innovative features
- Partner with stakeholders to align design initiatives with business priorities
- Support end-to-end design pipeline including prioritization and resource management
- Own key artifacts that advance program goals
- Ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Establish clear engagement models with design partners
- Advocate for user-centered design to foster team creativity
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams including designers, engineers, and game studio partners
Qualifications
- 7+ years of program management experience in a tech and creative setting
- Experience with game consumer platforms and development workflows
- Proven ability in delivering large-scale design programs collaboratively
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and user experience
- Ability to navigate complex problem spaces and influence design leadership
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience fostering collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in fast-paced continuous delivery environments
