For our client, we are seeking a Senior Data Scientist I to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Technical Services space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $143,500 – $186,600 annually.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to identify and solve challenges with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Develop statistical models focused on employee outcomes like attrition and performance
- Design analytics solutions that extract key insights and predict future outcomes
- Work with Data Engineers to integrate new data sources into predictive features
- Leverage LLMs to innovate analytics processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with a focus on statistical modeling
- Strong understanding of predictive analytics principles including model validation and updating
- Proven track record in developing analytics solutions from prototype to production
- Experience collaborating with Engineering teams and understanding their metrics
- Proficiency in Python (R experience is a plus)
- Strong SQL skills (familiarity with dbt or data warehousing tools is beneficial)
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) in analytics is a bonus
