For our client, we are seeking a Senior Creative Designer II (investing Products) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $162,000 – $162,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead creative initiatives in the investing space while understanding audience needs and business objectives
- Build strong collaborative relationships with marketing and business teams for streamlined project execution
- Refine strategic insights to enhance the creative development process
- Deliver exceptional design that aligns with long-term brand goals, balancing clarity with expressiveness
- Engage with briefing and research material to advocate for superior client experiences
- Mentor and guide team members to unlock their potential
- Oversee complete campaign processes from concept through delivery, incorporating feedback effectively
- Develop multiple strategic directions for creative phases and explore innovative solutions for projects with ambiguous deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a visual designer in either an agency, studio, or in-house creative team
- Strong background in digital creative, particularly in web experience and motion design
- Proven ability to adapt visual expressions across various media including digital, print, video, and social
- Experience collaborating with research teams or utilizing performance data in creative processes is a plus
- Skills in technical motion production, particularly with After Effects or similar software are advantageous
- Illustration or drawing skills would be beneficial
