For our client, we are seeking a Regional Marketing Director, Americas to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $157,000 – $247,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a 3-year marketing strategy aligned with regional growth objectives
- Identify market gaps and growth opportunities, driving new product development and campaign initiatives
- Manage and oversee the annual Marketing Plan with emphasis on regional adaptation of global assets
- Develop strategies that enhance customer engagement through tailored value propositions for categories and applications
- Evaluate and measure marketing effectiveness using KPIs to optimize budget and resource allocation
- Mentor and develop marketing team members to enhance functional capabilities and standards
- Collaborate with global marketing peers to drive aligned and efficient marketing efforts
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in brand, marketing, and communications roles; leadership in marketing strategy is essential
- B2B experience is preferred, particularly within the Food and Beverage sector
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute complex marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Experience in developing and leading high-performing marketing teams in matrix organizations
- Proven track record of influencing stakeholders in a complex organizational structure for marketing successes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; recognized as a senior leader in the marketing field
