Recruiting Operations Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Recruiting Operations Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. As a Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you’ll keep the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech operation running smoothly, efficiently, and ready to scale. You’ll improve processes, remove friction, and help teams deliver reliably for customers and partners. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, problem-solving, and making complex systems feel simple.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $170,000 – $220,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Own 2-3 quarter-long strategic programs from conception to completion, addressing complex challenges
• Define success metrics and transition criteria for program handoff
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement initiatives while managing dependencies
• Translate ambiguous challenges into actionable plans with clear milestones
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions based on feedback
• Create documentation and training materials for ongoing program sustainability
• Manage recruitment planning cycles to align the function with organizational goals

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in building systems and programs in fast-growing organizations with complex problem-solving capabilities
• Strong program and project management skills handling multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Exceptional systems thinking for designing holistic operational solutions
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional relationships
• Experience with large-scale change management initiatives
• Strong communication skills for crafting narratives around operational challenges
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and rapidly adapt to change
