Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,100 – $225,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage FAA project support activities including planning, execution, and closeout support
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Support scope management and execution planning for projects
• Track project performance against requirements and compliance
• Prepare project documentation and maintain thorough records
• Chair meetings to coordinate stakeholder communications and actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, project management, aviation, or a related field
• 10+ years of project management and technical program support experience in infrastructure or government contracts
• Experience managing project components involving scope, budget, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong communication and leadership skills with technical and non-technical teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for project reporting and presentations
• Ability to anticipate issues and drive project completion
• Knowledge of project controls and quality processes with customer reporting knowledge
