Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead program management of cybersecurity initiatives aligned with MSSP requirements
• Provide technical oversight and review of cybersecurity project tasks
• Establish and maintain project management and quality control processes
• Coordinate task execution and monitor performance
• Ensure compliance with federal frameworks including NIST RMF and FISMA
• Engage with stakeholders across the federal energy enterprise
• Monitor and report on program performance metrics and risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• CISSP Certification
• 3+ years of federal experience managing cybersecurity programs
• Proven experience managing federal cybersecurity programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
