Program Manager Facility Design, Data Centers - Remote (U.S.)

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager Facility Design, Data Centers - Remote (U.S.) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will provide program-level leadership across a portfolio of data center design efforts, helping ensure consistent execution, strong coordination, and successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects. The position will partner closely with design and project management teams to keep schedules, budgets, staffing, and risks aligned with program goals. It will also play an important role in client engagement, proposal development, and executive-level program reviews.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level leadership across multiple concurrent data center design projects
• Monitor program performance, including schedule, budget, staffing, and risk
• Identify and resolve program-level constraints impacting delivery
• Ensure consistency of execution across multiple projects and clients
• Support Design Managers and Project Managers in maintaining successful delivery
• Lead preparation of major technical and commercial proposals
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and program reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years managing complex programs or major projects
• Experience supporting or leading proposal efforts
• Strong understanding of A/E/C project delivery processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
