Product Designer, Elastic

For our client, we are seeking a Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will shape intuitive, responsive digital experiences that support customer workflows across mobile, tablet, and desktop. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into polished interface solutions that are accessible, consistent, and ready for development. The position also calls for strong design systems thinking and thoughtful use of AI-enabled tools to accelerate exploration and prototyping.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UI design in Figma, including user flows and prototypes
• Design responsive experiences for mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Utilize AI tools to enhance design exploration and prototyping
• Understand customer workflows to inform design decisions
• Gather user feedback to drive design improvements
• Contribute to evolving the design system for consistency
• Write clear design specifications for engineering handoff
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a UI/UX designer or product designer
• Expert-level skills in Figma, including auto layout and prototyping
• Experience with accessible interface design and standards
• Proven track record of contributing to or building design systems
• Portfolio showcasing responsive web products, preferably in eCommerce or B2B
• Demonstrated use of AI in design processes
• Experience writing design specifications for engineering handoff
