For our client, we are seeking a Principal UX Designer Creative Publishing to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $220,000 – $350,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Advocate for user experience enhancements with a data-driven vision
- Resolve user friction and optimize player flow through best practices and rapid iterations
- Support design goals by creating intuitive UX flows for game mechanics and features
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver UX feedback and resources
- Work with Consumer Insights to shape platform-level UX guidance
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and presentations for concepts and implementations
- Align experiential priorities, risks, and opportunities to improve player experience
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a UX/XD leadership role within game development
- Experience collaborating with distributed or external teams
- Extensive knowledge of experience design and execution across varied genres
- Strong communication skills to provide influential feedback without positional authority
- Track record of leading successful cross-disciplinary UX initiatives
- Experience developing internal creative tools and processes
- Proficiency in prototyping and design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
