For our client, we are seeking a Principal Software Engineer Applications to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. As a Principal Software Engineer Applications, you’ll design, build, and maintain systems that are critical to how Information Technology customers experience our client’s solutions. You’ll partner with product and other engineers to solve complex problems, improve performance, and raise the quality bar over time. This is a great fit if you enjoy working with modern technologies, clean architecture, and a team that values both speed and craft.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $208,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Sales and Service Clouds with a focus on integrations
  • Collaborate with Agile teams on backend development solutions
  • Manage CRM Release Management and enhance CI/CD processes
  • Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring quality documentation
  • Lead engineering priorities through effective communication

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of development experience
  • Expertise in architecting and implementing solutions in enterprise scale environments
  • Skilled in optimizing CI/CD pipelines with DevOps teams
  • Experience with design and code reviews
  • Proficient in Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to automate tasks with custom built tools
  • Familiar with Git version control and API integrations
