This role will shape the technical direction for large-scale digital platforms that support healthcare operations and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will lead architecture decisions across modern application layers, helping ensure scalability, reliability, and strong developer productivity. You will partner closely with engineering teams and other stakeholders to drive platform consistency, mentor technical talent, and support innovation through AI-enabled solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $144,200 – $288,400 annually

Responsibilities

Define architecture for large-scale distributed systems and digital platforms
Lead design reviews and establish best architectural practices
Champion microservices and event-driven architecture
Design end-to-end solutions across UI, backend, and data layers
Build modern web applications using frameworks like React or Angular
Drive platform standardization and enhance developer experience
Influence cross-team technical direction and mentor engineers

Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years in senior, principal, or architect roles
Strong full-stack development expertise
Proven track record designing distributed systems at scale
Expertise in API-first and microservices architectures
Hands-on experience in AI/GenAI integration
Strong system design and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
