Principal Product Manager - AI Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager - AI Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $189,600 – $246,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and product roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-first product capabilities
• Prototype AI solutions to identify opportunities and demonstrate value
• Lead evaluation and performance tuning of AI-driven products
• Refine product requirements and user experience based on evolving AI capabilities
• Apply responsible AI principles in product development and implementations
• Maintain a pulse on AI/ML trends to expedite product discovery and innovation

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant product management experience with a focus on AI solutions
• 2+ years of direct experience in AI system design and development
• Ability to define AI product requirements that include data strategy and success criteria
• Strong understanding of AI product reliability and quality effects on user trust
• Excellent leadership skills with systems-level thinking and communication in matrixed organizations
• Established standards for AI product effectiveness with metrics for continuous improvement
• Proficient fluency in modern AI/ML concepts and responsible AI principles
