Principal Product Manager - AI Creation & Growth (Remote Eligible)

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager - AI Creation & Growth (remote Eligible) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $201,250 – $238,750 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-powered content generation and template recommendations
• Set and execute the activation strategy to reduce user time-to-value
• Define quality standards for AI outputs and enhance their accuracy
• Optimize user creation flows based on feedback to trigger 'aha moments'
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality capabilities
• Establish quality benchmarks for AI-generated content and ensure compliance
• Communicate strategic insights on AI and product growth effectively to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience, focusing on AI/ML-powered products
• Proven track record in product-led growth methodology
• Deep understanding of generative AI and LLM mechanics
• Experience with launching and scaling complex AI initiatives
• Fluent in data-driven decision-making and success metric definition
• Awareness of enterprise product challenges while maximizing user experience
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
