For our client, we are seeking a Mobile Software Engineer - Enterprise to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $140,000 – $260,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) mobile applications to enhance user activation and growth
- Create features focused on improving user activation and increasing conversion rates
- Iterate on and optimize key user journeys using A/B testing to drive growth in the mobile app
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, writers, and support staff to influence product concepts and implementation
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, fostering empathy and improving product quality
Qualifications
- 2-8+ years of software engineering experience, focusing on mobile and full stack development
- Proven track record of deploying native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android) to app stores
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects without micromanagement
- High standards for quality in production systems and product delivery
- Commitment to creating elegant, user-friendly product experiences
- Eagerness to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute unique perspectives
