For our client, we are seeking a Marketing Data Science Manager to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.
This role will shape the data science strategy behind marketing investment decisions and help the organization better understand what drives customer acquisition and campaign performance. You will partner closely with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to strengthen measurement, improve ROI visibility, and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations. The position also plays a key leadership role in advancing self-service reporting, executive insights, and the adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the marketing function.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $165,000 – $220,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and roadmap for Marketing Data Science with key partners
- Establish goals for attribution, ROI, and campaign performance
- Lead the development of core capabilities in performance and brand marketing
- Build self-service dashboards and deliver executive reporting
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools to enhance workflows
- Translate data analysis into actionable marketing recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth
Qualifications
- 6+ years of marketing data science experience from a media agency or in-house marketing organization
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms
- Familiarity with modeling methods such as MMM, causal lift/synthetic control, saturation modeling, and optimization
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing talent
- Strong stakeholder management and multi-workstream prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities for diverse audiences
